Aquaculture, poultry and pig production

Kursens mål är att ge studenten fördjupande kunskaper om produktionssystem med akvakultur, fjäderfä och gris, baserat på förhållanden och produktionsförutsättningar i Sverige. Framförallt behandlar kursen produktion av kött från fisk, kyckling och gris samt ägg. Studenten tränas i att lösa problem och formulera rekommendationer för utfodring, avel och skötsel av berörda djurslag i olika produktionssystem.
