Webinar: MEL Q & A

At this stage in the programme, some projects have been running for several months, while others are just starting up. So there is growing experience to share, but also benefit in refreshing our understanding of the overall approach to MEL.

This session will provide project teams with:

1. Opportunity to familiarise themselves with the AgriFoSe2030 MEL approach as set out in the MEL strategy and guidance documents.
2. Hear from other teams about their experiences so far with the MEL thinking and tools among projects, and share your own experience.
3. Small discussion groups to ask questions and clarify what is involved and expected from teams.

The agenda is as follows:

Part 1 (20 mins): Presentation on the AgriFoSe2030 MEL strategy, guidance document (see attached) and MEL tools.

Part 2 (30 mins): Interactive session in three breakout groups. An opportunity to share experiences and ask questions.

Part 3 (40 mins): This will be a Q&A where we bring up questions from part 2, and have a discussion around MEL. It’s also an opportunity to identify next steps for the Communication and Engagement team, Challenge Leaders and project teams.
