Feeding experiment with organic broilers

In a collaborative project with restaurants, a small test group of a thousand broiler chickens will eat organic carrots and kale.

The Swedish company Kronfågel's organic brolier chickens sold under the trademark Bosarp usually eat rapeseed, broad beans and peas. To see if the taste of the chickens will be affected, a smaller test group of thousands of chickens will receive supplementary organic carrots and kale.
