Published: 12 December 2018

Four proposals have been selected for 2019 SLU Landscape Call for Ideas funding:

The “WORKSHOP ON AN SLU LANDSCAPE RESEARCH STRATEGY ON URBAN ECOSYSTEM SERVICES”, with team members Caroline Hägerhäll, Åsa Ode Sang, Nina Vogel and Harald Klein, will follow up on work initiated during a March 2018 workshop held at the Stockholm Region EU Office in Brussels to identify synergies and partnerships between Sweden's new Sustainable Cities Agenda and the EU Sustainable Urbanisation Agenda 2018–2022.

“GREEN COLLABORATIVE CAMPUS – PARKS, GARDENS, LANDSCAPES FOR TEACHING, LEARNING AND RESEARCH” joins forces from two 2018 CFI projects that focused on Alnarp Campus as physical resource for landscape research and education. The team includes Åsa Klintborg Ahlklo, and Susanna Lehvävirta (Co-coordinators), Björn Wiström, Linnea Oskarsson, Anna Maria Palsdottir, Mads Farsoe, Anna Bengtsson, and Karin Persson.

Additionally, two 2018 CFIs requested and received a second round of support: The “PHD GET-TOGETHER CROSS DEPARTMENTS, CAMPUSES AND RESEARCH TRADITIONS” (Andrea Conti, Caroline Dahl, Johan Wirdelöv, Amalia Engström) and “A FORUM FOR LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURE IN GLOBAL SOUTH” (Gunilla Lindholm, Josefine Wangel, and Zeinab Tag-Eldeen).
