Researchers at the Department of Molecular Sciences will take part in two new research centers in food science.
Researchers from our Departmnent will be involved in the creation of two new research centers for "the sustainability and the competitiveness in our food system" funded by FORMAS.
Professor Jana Pickova will be part of "SustAinimal", a center led by Professor Sigrid Agenäs at the Department of Animal Nutrition and Management at SLU (link for more information). Professor Maud Langton will be involved in another center formation: "Plant-based proteins for health and wellbeing". This center formation is led from Örebro University by Professor Robert Brummer, Department of Medical Sciences (link to FORMAS).
