Victoria Dyring holds a fork with future sea food

The latest episode of Vetenskapens värld in SVT was about future food. The program presented the latest knowledge about sustainable food, from Örnsköldsvik in the north to Skåne in the south. Researchers as well as farmers are trying in different ways to crack the code to produce more healthy food with lower emissions. SLU-researchers Anders Kiessling, Anna Westerberg and Richard Tellström participated.
