SLU calculates and reports emissions and uptake from Sweden's Land use, Land Use Change and Forestry sector (LULUCF).
The Faculty of Veterinary Medicine and Animal Science offers education with focus on animals.
Education takes place mainly in Uppsala but also in Flyinge, Strömsholm and Wången.
The faculty offers Bachelor's and Master's programmes, professional programmes and separate courses. Several of the programmes listed below are among the most popular in Sweden, in terms of number of applicants per offered place.

The Veterinary Medicine programme was evaluated in 2017 and 2018 by the European Association of Establishments for Veterinary Education (EAEVE).
The evaluation resulted in a Self Evaluation Report and a Final Report.
