Platform for the generation of genetically modified trees through Agrobacterium-mediated transformation.
Service platform for tissue culture and transformation of hybrid aspen, aspen and birch. Mainly used for Agrobacterium-mediated transformation of hybrid aspen (Populus tremula x tremuloides). Users provide the platform with a suitable transformation vector and later get a number of transgenic clones delivered.
