Mistra Environmental Communication extends its Artists-in-Residence programme to Uppsala.
Art is a way to understand and engage with the world. This is also true for questions about the environment and how we communicate about it. In a polarized and politicized world, art can express important insights by new and surprising means.
Mistra Environmental Communication published an open call for a residency in Prague in March of 2022. Now, artists are also offered the opportunity to engage with the programme in Uppsala. The residency entails a 44 000 SEK grant, access to SLU facilities and support from the programme.
Artists in any discipline are encouraged to apply. An application including name and contact details, CV, project proposal and invoicing details should be sent to email@example.com no later than the 31st of May 2022.
