13.45-14.20 Anna Jakobsson, PhD. Senior lecturer in Gardens, Parks and Landscapes – their history and cultural heritage, Department of Landscape Architecture, Planning and Management, SLU. The heritage of garden cultivation and food planning in 20th century private gardens: the example of Rostorp in Malmö.

14.55-15.30 Sofi Joosee, PhD. Researcher in environmental communication. Fish in the City.  Follow the fish: The ways fish travel to our plates and how these fishways influence economy, community and environment. Department of Urban and Rural Development, SLU, Uppsala. 

15.30-16.00 Panel with questions and conclusions. How can we move on to work with planning and design for sustainable cities, through a food perspective?  Speakers, with Kristina Santén and MSc student in Master of Landscape Architecture Love Silow.
