Research Project

Evaluating Natura 2000 sites for conservation of biodiversity.

Education

MSc in Forestry, Poznań University of Life Sciences, Poland

Background

After finishing my Master’s, I taught for a short period of time and pursued research at the Department of Silviculture, Faculty of Forestry, Poznan University of Life Sciences, Poland. Afterward, I spent more than decade working on various research projects within silviculture, applied forest ecology, risk assessments for alien invasive forest pathogens and fish, as well as glaciology, in temperate rain forests of Southeast Alaska, USA (see list of publications).
