Contact us

Have your account ID with you when contacting us at the Clinical Pathology Laboratory. This makes it easier to handle your case and ensures that you receive a faster response. The account ID is located at the top right after the orderer on all test results. If you have questions about a test result, it is a good idea to have the lab number for the current test result handy so that we can quickly find it in our lab data system. The lab number is listed on the right in the line below the journal number on the test result. It is also listed in the subject line of the email you receive with the test result.
