Follow this guide to upload your poster. Make sure you read through the guidelines below before uploading your poster. If multiple authors, one submission is sufficient.
Preparations
Poster format
SLU has a template for scientific posters. In the template you can change the different elements according to your needs (color, images, text, etc.)
- Language: English
- Size: A1 (594 mm x 841 mm)

- Making the poster in programs like Adobe InDesign is also an option, as long as the size/dimensions are the same (printable A1 size / 59,4cm x 84,1 cm / 9933 x 7016 px) and you adhere to the policies for using the SLU logo.
About me
Take the chance to promote yourself to future employers and colleagues in your contact section of the poster.
- Include a QR code linking to your LinkedIn profile page
Include a short presentation about yourself in the "About" section on LinkedIn. - E-mail address
Use a personal address, not the student one, to ensure it workes post graduation.
Submission
- Make sure to check that the document is a high resolution PDF and that the size is 594mm x 841mm (A1).
- The name of your file should be FirstnameLastname
- Recommended size: 2MB or larger (image resolution approx. 200-300 ppi)
