Transcripts and certificates
If you are a student at SLU, the easiest way to obtain your transcripts and certificates is through Ladok for students. These certificates come with a code that can be used to verify their authenticity.
Print a certificate from Ladok for students
You can print your transcripts and certificates yourself from Ladok for students. They come with a verification code and have the same validity as a signed document.
- Go to Ladok for students and log in.
- Select the certificate you want to print.
Choose between transcript of records, certificate of registration or certificate of anticipated participation.
Your transcript of records shows all your completed courses and any degrees you have been awarded. Your certificate of registration shows which courses you are or have been registered on during the selected semesters. You can only include courses you are registered on.
All certificates are available in Swedish and English.
Order a transcript or certificate
If you have studied or are about to begin your studies at SLU, the Service Centre in Alnarp, Ultuna, and Umeå can assist you if you need a printed certificate, with a sign and a stamp.
You can also order a certificate online. The transcript and certificate will be sent to the postal or email address you provide.
If you are not an SLU student or alumnus, you must contact the university where you have studied to request a transcript or certificate.
Are you an SLU alumnus?
You can print a transcript from Ladok for students. Go to Ladok for students and choose Ladok for alumni if you have a BankID or Freja eID+. If not, choose eduID or log onto universityadmissions.se.
