Transcripts and certificates

If you are a student at SLU, the easiest way to obtain your transcripts and certificates is via Ladok for students. These certificates receive a verification code, making them valid.

Print a certificate from Ladok for students

You can print your transcripts and certificates yourself from Ladok for students. They come with a verification code and have the same validity as a signed document.

  1. Go to Ladok for students.
  2. Under the tab certificates you can get result certificates, registration certificates and a certificate of the expected participation.

The certificates apply as signed and stamped transcripts and certificates.

Order a transcript or certificate

If you have studied or are about to begin your studies at SLU, the Service Centre in Alnarp, Ultuna, and Umeå can assist you if you need a printed certificate, with a sign and a stamp.

You can also order a signed certificate. The transcript and certificate will be sent to the postal address you have provided. 

If you have not studied or are not currently studying at SLU, you should contact the university where you have studied, to request a transcript or certificate.

Are you a SLU alumni?

You can print a transcript via Ladok for students. Go to Ladok for students and choose Ladok for alumni. Log in via BankID or Freja eID+.
