Order a signed certificate from SLU

Ar you a current SLU student or an alumnus? By filling out the form below, you can order a signed study certificate. You can order a transcript of records or a certificate of registration.

Different certificates

  •  A transcript of records shows all your completed courses and any degree.
  • A certificate of registration shows the courses you are or have been registered on, for the selected semesters.

The certificate will be sent to the specified email address unless otherwise indicated in the form.

Processing of personal data

SLU processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) when you fill in this form.

We collect the data to register you in SLU's alumni database. We do this on the legal basis of consent. When your personal data is processed on the basis of consent, you always have the right to withdraw your consent. You can do this by contacting utb-webb@slu.se. If you have any questions about this processing, please contact utb-webb@slu.se.

SLU also processes and stores your data in accordance with the Archives Act and the Public Access to Information and Secrecy Act. You can read more about SLU's personal data processing and your rights at www.slu.se/personal-data.
