Ladok Student
In Ladok Student you can register for your courses, register for an examination, create certificates and apply for a degree. You can also update your email.
Ladok is a national university-wide system for study documentation and study administration. In Ladok's student interface, Ladok Student, you can manage your own study administration.
You can do the following as a student in Ladok Student
- Find an overview of the courses you are taking.
- Register for an examination.
- View examination results and grades on the course.
- Create certificates for expected participation, registration, results and national results.
- Apply for transfer credits.
- Apply for degree certificate.
- Share information about your degree. Read more how to "Share the certificate" at Ladok.se.
Print a certificate from Ladok Student
You can print your transcripts and certificates yourself from Ladok Student. They come with a verification code and have the same validity as a signed document.
Go to Ladok Student.
Under the tab certificates you can get result certificates, registration certificates and a certificate of the expected participation.
Update your email and contact information
In Ladok Student you can change your contact information and email address and set the way notification should be sent to you, for example when a result has been reported.
It is important that your contact information and email are updated, that way the university can reach you.
Change from temporary identity number to Swedish personal identity number
If you are not registered in the Swedish Population Register when admitted to studies, you will automatically be given a temporary identity number in the admissions system and in the study documentation system (Ladok).
If you get registered in the Swedish Population Register and receive a Swedish personal identity number, you need to get this changed in Ladok by filling in the form below and send it to ladok@slu.se.

If you are no longer a student at SLU
Your student account is active two years after you have completed your studies at SLU.
If more than two years have passed, you can still access Ladok Student by selecting the "Universityadmissions.se" option at the log in page.
Regulations and system management
The conditions for managing the register are set out in the Swedish Ordinance on Reporting of Studies and Other Matters at Universities and Colleges (SFS 1993:1153) (In Swedish).
The system is collectively owned by the higher education institutions through a consortium. Currently, the consortium comprises 37 HEIs, along with the Swedish Board of Student Finance (CSN).
