Student accommodation in Alnarp
Alnarp Student Housing
Alnarp student housing offers approximately one hundred different types of accommodation, most of which are located in Alnarp. Options include shared student housing, the Greenhouse Hall of Residence in Malmö, and a small housing unit on the outskirts of Lomma.
Most accommodation consists of shared student housing, where students have a private room and share a kitchen and bathrooms with other residents. Room sizes, standards, and prices vary. Some accommodation is reserved for specific groups, meaning that certain students, visiting research fellows, and others are given priority.
Rent varies considerably depending on the type of accommodation, ranging from large shared houses and smaller house shares to large and small flats.

General information about the accommodation
Alnarp Student Housing has a two-month notice period, which is shorter than many other housing providers. Please respect this when terminating your accommodation contract. All contract terminations must be made in writing.
Most of our accommodation is rented for nine months, meaning tenants only pay rent for nine months of the year. June, July, and August are excluded, provided you continue to live in our accommodation and study at SLU for the following autumn semester.
All accommodation is intended only for people with a connection to SLU Alnarp. Please note that staying more than one person in a single room is strictly prohibited and may result in eviction.
Sometimes, students require accommodation for a shorter period, which can often be arranged. We charge full or partial rent per calendar month, with adjustments if needed. For example, if you move in on 1 February and move out on 13 February, you will pay half of the month’s rent.
