All accommodation is intended only for students, unless otherwise stated. Please note that staying more than one person in a single room is strictly prohibited and may result in eviction.

Access to laundry facilities
You are welcome to bring smaller items of furniture, such as bedside tables. However, the existing furniture in the room cannot be removed, as the room is rented with all existing furniture.
As a resident, you are responsible for keeping your room, its furniture, and the common areas clean and tidy.

Housing waiting list and guarantee
All students who wish to live in SLU accommodation must register on the housing waiting list. This includes students with a guaranteed place, as the guarantee is only valid for those on the waiting list. Students wishing to use the guarantee must register before 1 May.
