Notice period and termination of contract
SLU student housing has a two-month notice period, which is shorter than many other housing providers. Please respect this when terminating your accommodation contract. All contract terminations must be made in writing.
Rental period and summer months
Most of our accommodation is rented for ten months, meaning tenants only pay rent for nine months of the year. June, July, and August are excluded, provided you continue to live in our accommodation and study at SLU for the following autumn semester.
Eligibility and occupancy rules
All accommodation is intended only for people with a connection to SLU Alnarp. Please note that staying more than one person in a single room is strictly prohibited and may result in eviction.
