How to apply in the second autumn admissions round for the autumn semester
The second round is the regular admissions round are for student from Sweden/EU/EEA and Swiss citizens. Please note that you will receive your Notification of Selection Results (the admission decision) in mid July.
This admissions round includes all Swedish-taught courses and programmes. Many English-taught programmes are unavailable at antagning.se.
How to apply in the second admissions round for EU/EEA and Swiss students
Please note that your Notification of Selection Results will be announced in the middle of July. The regular semester starts in the end of August or in th beginning of September.
You apply for programmes at SLU by creating an account and logging in at antagning.se. After that, you need to contact the SLU Admissions Office to receive a guidance of instructions.
- Click Log in on antagning.se.
- Select University account and Select Logga in, Studentportal and then Sveriges lantbruksuniversitet in the drop-down list.
- Enter the five-digit codes for courses on your programme, for example SLU-12345.
It is important that you apply in time. The deadline depends on the course you are applying for. Read more about key dates and deadlines for the second admissions round. - So you need to contact the SLU Admissions Office for an application guidance.

Reply to your admission decision in the second admissions round
If you are admitted or placed on the waiting list after the second admissions round, you must accept your place to keep it. Follow the instructions in your Notification of Selection Results, which you can find by logging in at antagning.se. You also need to check Important dates and deadlines so you don't miss the last day to reply to your offer. Scroll down to the headline Second admissions round.
