Present your poster at Thesis Day and take the opportunity to show your research and celebrate your achievements.

Registration

The first step to participate in Thesis Day is to register by 8 May 2026.

Poster

Prepare a poster of your thesis and submit it by the deadline. The poster will be printed and displayed in the poster exhibition. The deadlines (Ultuna: 19 May, Alnarp: 25 May) are set to give enough time to have them all printed in time for the events.

All posters submitted by the deadline are included in the competition for the Best poster award. An academic jury will review the posters and all students are encouraged to stand by their poster when the jury walks through the exhibition.

We will print the poster for you and display it in the poster exhibition during Thesis Day. You are welcome to keep your poster after the event.

In addition to the best poster award, there is an option to:

  • make an oral presentation (five projects per event are selected).
  • submit a pitch for the Global sustainablity award.
