Fault report premises

Here you can find information on how to file a fault report for any of the premises on our three main campuses in Alnarp, Ultuna, and Umeå.

When it's urgent
If there is an urgent problem that cannot wait until regular opening hours, please contact the property owners directly. You will find their emergency contacts at the bottom of the page.

Campus Alnarp

At Campus Alnarp, all fault reports are sent to Service Alnarp by email. You can also report other service matters and environmental matters.

Campus Ultuna

At Campus Ultuna, fault reports are sent to the facilities management office for the respective building.

Biocentrum

To file a fault report at Biocentre, please email the facility manager, Magnus Åberg, or the local service technician, Robert Andersson. Include information such as the nature of the problem and where and when it occurred.

Mark-Vatten-Miljöcentrum (MVM)

To file a fault report at MVM, please email the facility management office.

Ulls hus and the Teaching buildning

Fault reports regarding premises in Ulls hus and the Teaching building are filed by email to Service Ull. You can also report other service matters and environmental matters.

Veterinärmedicinskt och husdjursvetenskapligt centrum (VHC)

Fault reports regarding premises in VHC are filed by email to Service VHC. You can also report other service matters and environmental matters.

Campus Umeå

At Campus Umeå, Skogishuset, all fault reports are sent to Service Umeå by email. You can also report other service matters and environmental matters.

Examples of items that should be filed as a fault report include broken tables/chairs, broken lighting, poor ventilation, etc.
