Tore Wretmandagen 2019

seminars, workshops |

Welcome to a seminar presenting ongoing food and meal research.

From the programme: Johan Swahn from Örebro University will talk about multisensory experience and how taste is affected by sound, noice and light. Karsten Thurfjell from Gastronomiska Akademien will present a new book on Swedish gastronomy and Maxime Michaud from Institut Paul Bocuse in Lyon will talk about the latest within gastronomic research in France.

The overall aim of the seminar is to gather researchers in the field of meal related research and serve as a platform for an active Swedish meal research network with an annual scientific meeting.

The seminar provides an opportunity to present new and ongoing research. We welcome all related abstracts. Abstracts from younger doctoral students and researchers are given priority. No registration fee or dinner cost for PhDs and postdocs presenting at the seminar. Travel allowances can be requested from the Meal Academy.
