Veterinary program and supplementary education of veterinarians from outside EU/EEA.

Year 2: Bacteriology. Course leader, teching in lab, lectures about sampling of common bacterial infections and higiene and cleaning etc.

Year 3: Food safety: Course leader, lecturer of conservation, virus, fish and seafood, meat products, food sampling etc.

Year 4 & 5: Meat inspection: Teacher in theoretical and practical training at the slaughterhouse which include HACCP, animal welfare, auditing, animal by products, poultry slaughter etc.

Year 5: Responsible for Food safety for the livestock and horseblocks. Include use of medication for horse and horseslaughter,  food safety at the farm etc.

NETWORK INVOLVMENT:
