Eight SLU-project recieve grants for development research

Of the approximately 154 million SEK allocated by the Swedish Research Council (Vetenskapsrådet) to development research during the period 2017-2021, more than 27 million were rewarded to SLU. Research will help to create better living conditions for people living in poverty and oppression and will contribute to a sustainable global development. Support is given to research of the highest scientific quality in all scientific fields.Details of the SLU researchers and of the projects that will receive funding are listed below.
