Joint Declaration signed in Stellenbosch in South Africa

SASUF: 13 SLU-researchers participated in the Research & Innovation week held May 6-10 in Stellenbosch, South Africa. During the week, 52 satellite activities were arranged and 450 researchers representing almost 40 universities in South Africa and Sweden generated a successful meeting.

Joint Declaration signed

As a result of the collaboration during the Leadership Summit between representatives from 36 universities and several funding agencies, a Joint Declaration was produced. This Joint Declaration has been signed by the 36 representatives as a call to action for both Swedish and South African governments to continue working to strengthen the opportunities for collaboration between the two countries.
