A new guest researcher, Dr Christine Baduel, will visit the Department of Aquatic Sciences and Assessment to cooperate with researchers at SLU.

Dr. Christine Baduel is an environmental chemist specializing in micropollutants in aquatic systems and will work closely with the POPs group through the August T Larsson guest researcher programme during 2020–2022. Christine works at the Institute of Environmental Geosciences (IGE) in St Martin d'Hères, (France) and at the CARE laboratory (Vietnam).

Christine Baduel was accepted to the guest researcher program with the motivation: "This collaboration will bring competence to the faculty that will be useful for many researchers at the faculty, and it has the potential to create future networks between the applicant's working environment, i.e. several international affiliations and contacts, and different departments at the faculty".
