Basic knowledge in life cycle analysis. (The course is aimed at doctoral students who use life cycle analysis and similar methods in their research work. )
Objectives
- Explain problems, solutions and conflicts regarding current methodological issues within LCA.
-Identify and analyze methodological issues of importance for results and conclusions in LCA studies
- Prepare, lead and document a seminar discussion
Content
The overall aim of the course is to convey knowledge about the research front in life cycle analysis and other environmental system analysis, with an emphasis on methodology relevant to agriculture, food, bioenergy and biomaterials. Through a series of seminars, practice is also given in discussing and arguing about these questions
Examination Formats and Requirements for Passing the Course
Examination through active participation in seminars, planning of seminars and written documentation of seminars.
