Register for Agri4D 2025

According to Swedish and EU legislation, 25% Swedish VAT will be added to all registration fees. This according to EU legislation and regulation for conferences and events (C-647/17, EU:C:2019:195, of 13 March 2019 and Article 53 of Council Directive 2006/112/EC of 28 November 2016) VAT is paid in the country where services are rendered, e.g. the country in which the conference takes place.

Exception: Swedish participants from governmental public sector organizations “statliga myndigheter” (e.g., universities, governmental agencies): No VAT will be added. In this case, you must choose Invoice (Swedish billing address only) as the payment mode and provide the VAT number of your employer.

For payment by credit card, VAT will always be charged, also for participants from “statliga myndigheter”.

** Eligible applicants for discounted fees include:

Early-career scholars (bachelor, master or PhD students and/or scholars under 35 years old and/or completed degree within the last five years).
Scholars from the Global South (countries not listed as High-Income Economies by the World Bank).
Please note: The number of discounted fees are limited. If you have access to institutional funding, project funds, or travel grants, we kindly ask you to chose the regular fee.

Participants from Sweden

Participants from Sweden can choose to pay either by credit card or invoice. Invoices will be sent as electronic invoices (e-faktura) when possible, or as PDF attachments via email.

Participants from outside Sweden

All payments must be made in SEK (Swedish Krona). Payments can be made via credit card or bank transfer (invoice). Bank transfer is available until 10 August 2025.

Invoice for bank transfer

Upon selecting this payment method, an invoice with bank transfer details (such as bank account number, IBAN, etc.) will be sent. The invoice is generated manually and is typically sent within a few days of registration.

The participant/payee is responsible for any bank charges or fees related to the payment.

We accept the following credit cards: VISA and Mastercard.

For your security, our payment system is integrated with 3D Secure to protect online transactions. Your card must be enrolled in Verified by Visa or Mastercard SecureCode. If you’re unsure whether your card is connected, please contact your bank for confirmation and guidance on how to enroll.
