SLU is one of Sweden's most attractive workplaces.

Both Universum, Randstad Employer Brand Research and the union Naturvetarnas survey Naturbarometern rank SLU highly as an employer.

Universum

Universum is an internationally recognized company in Employer Branding. The company conducts annual surveys among students and young professionals, resulting in various top lists.

In the top lists of the highest-ranked employers in 2023, SLU is ranked 4th among professionals and 7th among students.

Randstad Employer Brand Research

The survey is conducted annually with over 4,000 respondents. SLU ranks twelfth among attractive employers in 2023, the highest among all educational institutions.

Naturvetarbarometern

Naturvetarbarometern is a large survey from the Naturvetarna Union. Close to 6,000 individuals have responded regarding what makes an employer attractive and have ranked the companies and organizations they prefer to work for.

In 2023, SLU ranks sixth overall, the highest among Swedish universities. SLU is also ranked sixth among students, and the university is included in the top lists for Uppsala and Skåne.
