Purpose and fields of interest
The purpose of this "Researcher residency event" is to strengthen the inter- and transdisciplinary research at SLU and to identify new links and research collaborations between our fields. The discussions will be focused on sustainability combined with forestry, food production, urban landscapes and One Health.
We welcome you to inspirational talks and open scientific discussions. You will be served good food and stay in a beautiful environment.
Criteria and how to apply
Send an application containing:
• a brief description of your inter-/multidisciplinary interests, expertise and methodological competencies,
• your transdisciplinary interests in one or more of the four themes (sustainability combined with forestry, food production, urban landscapes, one health) and
• a one-page CV.
Date: 20-21 August 2024 (arriving at 10.00 on the 20th and leaving around 16.00 on the 21th).
Deadline - Last day for application: 2 May 2024.
Criteria for applicants: PhD degree and employed at SLU.
Selection criteria: Applications will be assessed based on inter- and transdisciplinary potential with the aim of creating optimal interactions within a smaller collegial group.

Accommodation and travel information
Participants are expected to pay for their own travel to Philipssonska gården in Strängnäs. All other costs are covered.
