Both Universum, Randstad Employer Brand Research and the union Naturvetarnas survey Naturbarometern rank SLU highly as an employer.

Universum

Universum is an internationally recognised company in Employer Branding. The company conducts annual surveys among students and young professionals, resulting in various top lists.

In the top lists of the highest-ranked employers in 2025, SLU is ranked 7th among professionals and 10th among students.

The survey is conducted annually with over 4,000 respondents. SLU ranks twelfth among attractive employers in 2023, the highest among all educational institutions.

Naturvetarbarometern

The Naturvetarbarometern is a major survey conducted by the professional association Naturvetarna. Nearly 4,000 people responded to questions about what makes an employer attractive and ranked the companies and organisations they would most like to work for.
