Knitting and craft café in Alnarp: Try crocheting granny squares
Welcome to the knitting and crafts café in Alnarp! This time, anyone who wants to can try crocheting granny squares.
Date: 27 October 2025
Time: 15:00 - 16:00
Organiser: SLU University Library
Venue: Makerspace, third floor in the library
Location: Alnarp
Grandma squares is a classic crochet technique where small squares with colourful patterns are crocheted and can be assembled into everything from blankets to bags. The technique is easy to learn and suitable for both beginners and experienced crocheters.
We have materials for a limited number of participants, so it's first come, first served. However, everyone is welcome to watch or to work on their own craft projects. Of course, you can bring your own yarn and crochet hook as well.
The SLU library offers coffee, tea and cookies.
