Innovating governance for sustainable rangelands and pastoralists livelihoods

Sustainable rangeland management and resilient pastoralist livelihoods are central to food security, climate adaptation, and economic opportunity in many regions of the world. Yet rangelands continue to face increasing pressures - from land degradation and climate shocks to limited access to services, markets, and inclusive decision-making. To unlock the full potential of these landscapes and the communities that depend on them, innovative and inclusive governance approaches are urgently needed.

This webinar will showcase governance solutions at different levels, enabling stakeholders to address major challenges for rangelands and pastoralists through a systems approach. Bringing together policymakers, researchers, producers, civil society, and development partners, the webinar will serve as a platform to exchange experiences and identify actionable strategies for advancing inclusive, scalable, and sustainable governance across rangeland systems worldwide.
