The One Health Breakfast Club #30

Welcome to the One Health Breakfast Club 9 December between 8.00 and 9.00. You get a short inspirational talk, some breakfast, and a chance to meet and have transdisciplinary discussions with SLU colleagues. See you there!

Each Breakfast Club starts with a short inspirational talk, and then it's up to you to mingle and take the opportunity to enjoy interesting transdisciplinary discussions and initiate new collaborations. Whether you see yourself as a One Health researcher or not, we promise you'll find something relevant. Almost all of SLU's research interests are linked to One Health!    

Program

  • 8.00-8.30 – Campylobacter - an important pathogen connecting humans, animals and the environment with Krista Tuominen, laboratory veterinarian in Swedish Veterinary Agency, Uppsala.
  • 8.30-9.00 – Networking breakfast 

The seminar will be held on site in Uppsala.

Krista is a veterinarian (PhD) and interested in topics related to One Health, antimicrobial resistance and the epidemiology of infectious diseases, One Health and antimicrobial resistance. The presentation is related to her recent multidisciplinary research project at SLU on Campylobacter in cattle and the farm environment.
