Finding a Job in Sweden – A Guide to Ensuring a Smooth Transition into the Swedish Job Market

The Swedish labor union Naturvetarna and SILVA research school invites you to a career seminar at Umeå campus. Drawing on data from their members and job advertisements over the past ten years, Cora Blasinski from Naturvetarna will present insights into the Swedish job market and its industries.

The seminar will take up demand for skills on the job market, salaries, together with practical tips on how to remain competitive. Time will also be set aside to discuss the role of labor unions in Sweden.

The event will be specifically for members of the Faculty of forest sciences and will therefore place a stronger focus on career opportunities within that sector.

Registration is required, and online participation will be possible. Postdocs are also welcome!
