Last day of registration: 22 September 2026

The session is led by Shermin Eslami Far, an artist with 30 years of experience in different painting techniques, composition, and creative process. She has participated in individual and group exhibitions.
What to expect:
- 10-minute meditation to bring all your inner senses to the surface and start creating an amazing painting.
- You will receive a prompt to use as inspiration, or you can use your own thoughts. Examples: “crossing the misty mountains,” “whispers from an ancient forest,” or “sailing into the unknown.”
- 45-60 minutes of creative flow. We will sit together and create with individual supervision to blend materials and techniques.
- 15 minutes of Reflective Sharing. We gather in a circle of warmth. Each artist shares one delight from the journey. This is a space of celebration, not critique.
