As part of Pride 2026, the faculty of forest sciences holds a webinar on work environments for HBTQ people.
Umeå Pride takes place during week 39 (September). In line with the work for an inclusive work environment, the faculty wants to highlight Pride through a webinar on the work environment of LGBTQI people. The aim is to contribute to a safe, respectful, and inclusive work and study environment where everyone can feel welcome and thrive.
The webinar draws on the research-based guide A Good Work Environment for LGBTQI People. The guide provides practical tools for creating inclusive and respectful organisations. During the webinar, authors Andrea Eriksson and Sara Andersson will present the guide and how it can be applied in practice.
Register before September 18. A Zoom invitation will be sent out later.
