How do we understand the balance between independence and engagement? In what ways can we create the greatest benefit for society, and are there breaking points at which we are forced to change our position and strategy? In this conversation, we will discuss the role of the academic in a messy world.

  • The library will be serving fika (coffee/tea and biscuits).
  • During the event, inspirational talks (in English) are alternated with discussions and reflection (in Swedish and English).
  • Studium Generale is open to students and staff at SLU.
  • No advance registration is required.
