The ELLS Scientific Student Conference (SSC) is a conference for students and young, ambitious researchers to present their work, broaden their knowledge, and experience scientific conferences and discussions. The SSC is hosted by L'Institut Agro in Montpellier, France.

During the ELLS Scientific Student Conference students will be the ones presenting their work, and prizes will be awarded to the best presenters. There will also be several side events and social activities to encourage networking and exchange between students and researchers.
This year, the conference is hosted by L'Institut Agro Montpellier. If you wish to attend, the deadline for abstract submission is 30 June 2026.
There is also an opportunity to apply for a travel grant from SLU to attend the conference. The grant is €300. Applications for the travel grant are submitted after you have been accepted to the conference.
