To celebrate 50 years of Wildlife Research and 55 years of Wildlife Monitoring in Umeå, we welcome you to a symposium on the 9th-10th of December 2026.

Objectives: Jointly explore the past, present and future directions in Wildlife Research and Monitoring 

Goal: Knowledge sharing, networking, and new ideas on Wildlife Research and Monitoring 

Practicalities: We are planning for 1.5 days with day1 being in English and day2 in Swedish (Day1 will be broadcast online too).  
We will send out more information such as program details, registration link, participation fee, and accommodation suggestions during spring.
