Kenya hub: Strengthening governance of food and extension systems

The Kenya Hub, comprising the University of Nairobi, University of Embu, and Maseno University, fosters high-level dialogue with the management of partner universities on the value of science translation methodologies, delivers targeted training in Theory of Change and science communication, and implements a change project to demonstrate science-to-policy and practice impact:

Change story: Planting seeds of change

The AgriFoSe2030 project on Functions in extension service pathways is rooted in a desire to improve smallholder farmers’ livelihoods. It focuses on addressing challenges in agricultural extension functions and facilitating cross learning in extension between Kenya, Sri Lanka and Laos.
