Kyambogo University holds a workshop on Institutionalizing ToC for AgriFoSe2030
Kyambogo University hosted a workshop on August 15, 2025, to develop Theory of Change (ToC) aimed at turning agricultural research into real-world impact.
The workshop brought together regional and international partners to align efforts under AgriFoSe 2030 Phase 2, focusing on practical research, policy engagement, and capacity building. Dr. Judith Irene Nagasha emphasized shifting from academic publishing to actionable outcomes, highlighting community-based projects like biogas use in Kiruhura and food resilience in Kasese. Dr. Eng. Nakagiri Anne announced institutional support through a new Grants Office and a forthcoming University Research Statement. The event reinforced Kyambogo’s commitment to making research drive inclusive agricultural transformation and resilience.
