Chinhoyi University highlights AgriFoSe2030 Theory of Change workshop in university newsletter
Chinhoyi University of Technology recently hosted a Theory of Change workshop aimed at enhancing strategic planning and impact assessment across the institution. The workshop brought together lecturers and senior management.
The workshop provided a platform to explore effective methods for aligning academic programs and institutional goals with measurable outcomes.
The workshop focused on equipping participants with the tools to design, implement, and assess projects using the Theory of Change framework. This approach emphasises linking activities to desired outcomes and long-term impacts, ensuring greater accountability and effectiveness in research utilisation for development initiatives.
Participants engaged in interactive sessions focused on developing clear pathways from activities to intended results, strengthening the university’s capacity for evidence-based decision-making and sustainable development.
