Invitation to farwell reception Ultuna May 29th, 2026
The Faculty of Landscape Architecture, Horticulture and Crop Production Science invites all final year students enrolled in any of the LTV Faculty’s study programmes at Ultuna to a farewell reception on 29 May at 16:00.
A warm welcome to all students completing their studies in the Landscape Architecture Programme – Uppsala, the Landscape Engineering Programme – Uppsala, the Landscape Architecture for Sustainable Urbanisation – Master’s Programme, and the Plant Biology for Sustainable Production – Master’s Programme.
The event begins at 16:00 (approximately 30 minutes) in the courtyard by Ulls hus. There will be speeches from the faculty management and a representative from the department. Graduating students will receive a flower and a gift as a token of appreciation from their programme director of studies. Afterwards, there will be a reception in the Academic Entrance with canapés and sparkling drinks. Those who wish may then attend the vernissage showcasing student work from the Landscape Architecture Programme.
In parallel with the farewell reception, Thesis Day with a poster exhibition will take place in the lower foyer of Ulls hus. The following day, 30 May, the Ultuna Student Union will host ceremonies and a ball for the students.
