With a Master of Science in Engineering Physics, I have for several years worked as with software development in various industries. Driven by curiosity and a desire for learning, I have since built upon this with an education in management - with graduate studies at the School of Economics and Management in Lund and doctoral studies at Lund Institute of Technology (Industrial Engineering and Management). In my research as a doctoral student, I focused on business model innovation as a learning process in established companies.
I also have a background growing up on a family farm outside Hörby, where we until the end of the 1990s ran a small, diversified farm with among other things forest, grain, cattle, pigs and horses. As a child I often followed along with my grandfather and father on various agricultural tasks - experiences that laid the foundation for my view of work, nature, and not least, food.
At SLU I combine my experiences in agriculture, industry and research, and work in various projects aimed at increasing Swedish farmers' conditions for creating and running well-functioning businesses. I also work as a teacher, in undergraduate courses connected to business models, marketing and strategy.
