Presentation
I'm a PhD student working with Sandra Jämtgård. My interests lay mainly in soil science and microbial ecology.
Research
In general my research deals with the question how root exudation can affect soil nitrogen. When studying this I look at inorganic and organic nitrogen itself but also at the soil microbial community that influences the soil nitrogen cycling and it's activity. My research includes methods that simulate root exudation, such as microdialysis, but also experiments with Pine seedlings in vertical petri dishes.
