Environmental Anthropologist with focus on food systems

Presentation

I have a background in Social Anthropology from Lund University where I did fieldwork in Aotearoa/New Zealand investigating small-scale indigenous food producers' experiences of, among other things, "sustainable development".

This led me into the field of alternative food networks (AFNs), which I am working on within the SURFIT project together with Kes McCormick and Jonas Bååth.

In addition, I work with Erik Hunter in the FOODCoST project where we investigate True Cost Accounting and how to reduce externalities in the food system.
