Luka Ecimovic

I am doctoral student at Department for Clinical Sciences. I graduated from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Univeristy of Zagreb, in 2021. Then I completed a rotational internship in small animal medicine (2022–2023) and am currently a third-year resident in veterinary clinical pathology.

My project focuses on improving and validating new analytical methods for diabetes mellitus in cats, with the aim of enabling earlier diagnosis, improving disease monitoring, better evaluating treatment response, and even aiding in treatment selection.
