Per-Ola Hedwall

Associate Professor Per-Ola Hedwall is a plant ecologist specialized in global change effects on forest vegetation. His research involves scales from the individual leaf to continental vegetation patterns across the temperate and boreal biomes. He is especially interested in illuminating potential interactions of different drivers of vegetation change, and their effects on ecosystem functions and services.
